Paul Kennedy Director
Paul has over 30 years of experience in Aviation Composites at various levels, from Technician to Shop Supervisor/C-Release Inspector, on numerous aircraft and component types. He is highly regarded throughout this sector for his skill and knowledge in composite damage and repairs. Paul has a proven ability in assessing and designing repairs efficiently in order to minimise the costly impacts of AOG.
He has an in-depth knowledge of the repair processes and quality systems/regulation that are part of the industry. In addition, he is an accomplished and much sought-after speaker in this field and has lectured at the University of Limerick, Ulster University and the University of Limoges, France. He has developed a range of courses that provide participants with a better insight into composite repair and raise standards within aviation.

ALLAN DUNNE DIRECTOR
Allan has over 23 years of experience working in the aviation sector. He is experienced in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Safety Management. Allan has an excellent working knowledge of certifications, quality standards and approvals including EASA Part 145.
Allan holds a wealth of knowledge and an established network within Aviation Authorities and is skilled in the preparation of compliance practices and effective implementation. He also has proven experience in modifications, repairs, overhauls and reconfiguration projects in a range of appliances.
Allan holds a certificate in Aircraft Technical Service, (Special Purpose Award, Level 7, 30 Credits), Part 21 Design, Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation & Aircraft Records.

Dean Kennedy Composite Technician
Dean has a strong understanding of manufacturing & repair of composite components, as well as the quality systems required to comply with regulatory standards.
Dean has strong skills in performing repairs specifically for the AOG services and is experienced in overseeing composite repairs, painting & finishing during heavy maintenance checks on the Sikorsky S92 aircraft.
Dean holds a Certificate in Aviation, a certificate of achievement in Helicopter Rotor Blade Repair. He is a member of the technical training standards committee and is involved in developing international standards for composite training in Aviation.
Dean is involved in the training of new Composite Repair Technicians, and students from various Institutes across Ireland. He is a visiting Composite Lecturer for Shannon Aviation Museum – lecturing as part of the Certificate in Aviation course.
